One account, multiple devices

Your account in the Telegram bot is the central hub for your subscription — that's where keys are issued, which you then add to the Happ app on each device. Manage your active subscription and status on the Happ account page.

Device limits by plan

Every plan includes a set number of simultaneously connected devices. If you need more — say, for a phone, a laptop, and a Smart TV at the same time — you can add an extra device through a dedicated add-on. Check current terms and pricing on the Happ pricing page.

How to add another device

If your base device limit isn't enough, purchase an add-on through the Telegram bot — after payment, the bot issues an extra key or extends your existing limit. Add the resulting key to the Happ app on the new device using the standard guide on the Happ setup page.

Syncing across devices

You don't need to manually transfer settings or subscription status between devices — each one connects to its own server independently, using the same or separate keys depending on your plan. This is handy if, say, you use a Smart TV at home and your phone on the go.

Common questions about limits

• Check your current device limit in your account before adding a new one.
• If a device exceeds the limit, the app may refuse the connection — purchase an add-on.
• Each device adds its key independently; re-entering it won't speed anything up.
• When switching devices, you can deactivate the old key via the bot.
